④ Design and development: We will begin the design and development according to your requirement and confirm with you during the process until you are satisfied.
⑤ Production time: We will provide you the timeline and update you the new progress for mold testing(ODM). Provide you the sample before mass production
⑥ Delivery: When mass production is complete, we will start shipping to your defined destination as requirement.
⑦ Warranty: We will provide you the same warranty as the standard product.
⑧ After-sales service: If you don’t receive the goods in time or have any problems with the products, please feel free to contact with us.
